Join us Wednesday, July 30th to Sunday, August 3rd, 2025 for our retreat in Pigeon Forge, TN!
 
A $300 deposit is required to secure your place at the time of booking. The remainder of the balance is due sixty days before the start of the retreat.
 
The price includes accommodations, the full program of the retreat including individual critiques, all meals snacks, transportation to and from the McGhee Tyson Airport if needed, and the program of the retreat.
 
ACCOMMODATIONS:
 
Shared rooms are open to all genders. If you're uncomfortable potentially sharing a sleeping space with someone of another gender, let us know and we'll work something out!
 
Want to share a king/queen bed with a friend for a discount? We can do that! Just let us know.
 
Private King Room: private room with ensuite.
 
Queen Bunk: four-person room with ensuite.
 
Twin Bunk: six-person room with ensuite.
 
Sofa bed: fold-out bed in the living room.
